Out-of-Network Insurance

Enrichment Psychology is an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies. Insurance companies may provide at least partial coverage for the assessment. It is the responsibility of the patient or the patient’s guardian to determine, understand, and confirm their benefits with their insurance carrier. At the conclusion of the evaluation, the patient or patient’s guardian will be presented with a superbill to submit for reimbursement.

  • As cost varies based upon time required for service provision, we will provide you with a specific value during scheduling.

    You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

    You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.   • We accept cash, check, and credit card. We also can accept a debit card associated with a health savings account or flexible savings account.

  • It is up to you to determine if it is appropriate to use your insurance. We have a number of clients who choose not to use insurance for a myriad of reasons, including the degree of privacy that can be maintained once an insurance claim is submitted to a managed care company.

  • A deductible is the overall amount that you must pay out of your own pocket per year before your health insurance makes payments.
